Wow, can you believe that Q1 of our fiscal year is over? June, July and August were a blur. We are happy to announce that our Q1 results were better than we anticipated. Because of what you all did (controlled costs, ran a few extra miles, and most importantly, took great care of our customers) we outperformed forecast. However, are we out of the woods yet? – Nope. We still have to sail through some choppy waters, and keep the ship buttoned up and water tight.
